Our ranch is located on the Utah, Nevada border, about half way down the state.  We are at an elevation of about 5,000 feet.  We run about 1700 mother cows.  In the winter, the cows are on our desert range land.  In the spring we bring them in to our irrigated meadows where they will spend the summers.  We do have a small herd of about 150 cow/calf pairs that spend the summer on our high mountain range.
